Rally NSW is proud to unveil Fast Track Documentation, an innovative and near-contactless documentation checking process aimed at improving safety and efficiency for both competitors and event organisers.

The Rally NSW Fast Track Documentation system has been under development for some time, with Rally NSW volunteers tasking themselves with developing a system that makes life easier for competitors entering events and reduces event organisers’ workloads.

The scheme is voluntary. Competitors who choose to use the scheme submit their documents along with a signed disclaimer to a dedicated email address. This address and related file storage are accessible by only two NSW Rally Panel members who will in turn perform the required checks on behalf of each subscribed event.

Competitors concerned about the privacy of their personal information do not have to provide their dates of birth.

At subscribed events, teams where both driver and codriver have fulfilled the requirements of the Fast Track Documentation system will only need to show identification and supply any outstanding event-specific documentation (scrutineering form, event disclaimer, UVP, etc).

Competitors are still required to have all documents available at each rally but will only be required to present them in the unlikely event of a system failure.

Details for competitors and event organisers on how to utilise Fast Track Documentation are found at http://www.rallynsw.com.au/info/fast-track-documentation/

Rally NSW is continuing to work on simplifying processes and making rallying more enticing and accessible for everyone.
